Alumni Spotlight: Tim Foster

In 1975, Tim Foster was a professional photographer for the FAA, but years of exposure to carbon tetrachloride and Agent Orange while a photographer in Vietnam caused his sight to deteriorate. He was diagnosed legally blind in 1976.
