If you've ever had a job where you needed quality work clothes, then you've heard of Carhartt. This Detroit based apparel company recently began donating the uniforms our guide dog mobility instructors wear when training our dogs and client/dog teams. "Our guide dog mobility instructors work in the elements every day even when the weather is bad; having the warmth, durability and quality of Carhartt clothing really helps," says Rod Haneline, LDB chief programs and services officer. "Working in the elements and with dogs every day can really wear on clothing, but Carhartt's products have shown to really hold up."

We'd like to thank Carhartt for their support and acknowledgement of the hard work our instructors do every day.
