Trekker Youth Camp
Trekker Camp is a 7-day residential program that teaches high school students to use a palm-sized, GPS device that uses talking digital maps to pinpoint the user’s exact location and announces streets, stores, intersections and points of interest in 21 countries. Each student receives a free Trekker GPS units, along with training on how to use it as a travel aid.
The program also provides an opportunity to engage in additional activities to increase self-confidence and social skills.
