2008 Holiday Card Winner
After raising 16 future Leader Dog puppies, you’d think JoAnne McDonald would find the whole thing routine. But when asked about puppy number 17, JoAnne says, “I feel blessed to have been able to have Maggie in my life for a year.” This little black bundle of blessings graced the front of our 2008 holiday card in a picture snapped by Stewart Bernard, a friend of JoAnne and Maggie. In addition to her puppy raising, JoAnne has been a puppy counselor and has given countless presentations to schools and Lions Clubs on behalf of Leader Dog. Her support of our mission is greatly appreciated.
