Dog Bays
The dogs are housed in 11 bays, separated according to which phase of training they are completing. Every bay has open air runs where dogs can play with each other and with Leader Dog staff. All of the dogs have their own stalls complete with a 24-hour fresh water supply. Individual stalls are outfitted with toys and beds depending on each dog’s preference.
Over 60 dog walkers help exercise and socialize the dogs. Every day these volunteers take the dogs on walks around campus and allow them additional exercise in outdoor play pens.
