Leader Dog Receives $61,196 from Purina

The first goal was to reach a maximum of 25,000 posts (for a donation of up to $25,000), but Leader Dog supporters were so enthusiastic that the maximum donation was quickly raised to $75,000. Across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, our friends and followers stepped up to the plate to share the star qualities of their canine companions (and some felines too), and 61,196 posts later they had doubled the original goal amount!

We greatly appreciate the opportunity to partner with Purina for this campaign and the generous gift we received, and we can’t thank our supporters enough for answering the call to be a part of this event!
