Order Contact Cards
These contact cards may be passed out to interested members of the public in your capacity as a puppy raiser or breeding stock host for Leader Dogs for the Blind. Please note that if you are a puppy raiser, you will be supplied with 15–20 general puppy cards to hand out when you pick up your puppy. If you would like personalized contact cards, they start at $25 (for 250 cards) plus shipping. Requests for cards will be processed in the order received. Please allow 3 weeks for your cards to reach you.
IMPORTANT: Please indicate in the Additional Information box at the bottom whether you would like your full address, part of your address (for example, just city and state), or none of your address listed on your contact cards. If you do not state your preference, we will include the Leader Dogs for the Blind address on your cards.

Our signature fundraiser will take place at the Palazzo Grande in Shelby Township, MI. Every dollar raised supports life-changing programs at no cost to our clients, empowering people who are blind or low vision to live independent, confident lives.
The evening includes a family style dinner, an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, an ice cream and cannoli platter, an espresso station, and on-location parking.
