Board Committees

In addition to the board members who serve on our committees, we also have a dedicated group of volunteer committee members. Volunteer committee members are professionals who have experience that they would like to share as a member of a board committee or advisory group but who are not members of the Leader Dog board.

The Audit Committee oversees the organization’s annual external audit and its system of internal controls over financial reporting.

Alumni Board

The Leader Dogs for the Blind Alumni Board exists to build a dynamic and inclusive client community by fostering meaningful connections among Leader Dog graduates. The Alumni Board ensures that the client’s voice and perspective are actively represented.
