Frozen Paw 5K

Join us for the 2026 Frozen Paw 5K presented by Chief Financial Credit Union — a frosty and fun run through the heart of Downtown Rochester during the lively Frost Festival!

Bundle-up, lace-up and run with purpose. Every participant will support Leader Dogs for the Blind, helping provide life-changing services for people who are blind or low vision.

New in 2026! 

The Frozen Paw 5K experience begins on packet pick-up at the Leader Dog campus! Registrants can sign up for a behind-the-scenes tour of the canine development center the same day they pick up their race packets. It’s the perfect way to gear up for race day while learning more about the impact of your participation.
