Annual Club Contributions

All clubs contributing $100 or more annually receive a banner patch. Make a donation.

Top Dog Club Award

Demonstrate your club's leadership by joining this elite list. Make a total annual donation of $5,000 or more and receive a Top Dog award. Download a donation form.

Puppy Sponsorship

Puppy sponsorship includes photos of your chosen puppy, your puppy's profile, banner patch and certificate.

Medallion

Honor a Lion with a medallion inscribed with the recipient's name. Get started online or download an order form.

Legacy Society

Include Leader Dog in your financial or estate plans to be recognized with Legacy Society membership and receive a special pin. Contact the Lions team at 248.218.6421.

Founders Tribute

Campus Naming

Dollars for Dogs

Partner with local businesses to support Leader Dog with the Dollars for Dogs fundraising kit. You can request a Dollars for Dogs kit through the order promotional items form; simply indicate how many business will be participating.

Just graduated from the guide dog course and I loved my experience. Trainers are so supportive and resident assistants are caring. I met so many volunteers and employees from Leader Dog and the passion is evident. And not to mention I made some new friends from my class and my Leader Dog is absolutely amazing!
