A 5K meets social distancing

The Leader Dogs for the Blind virtual 5K is back! The LDB5K is the perfect way to stay active, give back and stay safe all at the same time. It's time to lace up your running shoes, dust off your bike, grab your dog's leash and pound the pavement for the LDB5K!

When you join the LDB5K, you can choose your own custom 5K experience. Walk, run, bike, swim or even doggy paddle through 3.1 miles wherever you are! Your 5K can take place anytime between April 29 and May 29.

Your virtual race registration includes LDB5K race medal, LDB5K race bib and completion certificate. But don't stop there—participants who fundraise for Leader Dog through the virtual 5K and meet certain goals will receive special prizes!
